Steven Koeckeritz, Owner/Broker

A native of Minnesota, where he graduated from Saint Olaf College, Steve and his wife Jane first discovered the Red Feather Lakes area while stationed at Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne, Wyoming from 1968 to 1972.  After graduating from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1975, Steve practiced law until 1979 when he  entered the real estate profession.  Steve established Lone Pine Realty in 1983.  He has served as a director of the Crystal Lakes Road and Recreation/Water and Sewer Associations since 1983 and as a member of the Glacier View Meadows Subdivision Improvements Agreement Management Group since 1991.  Special interests include running, golf, scuba diving and most any other outdoor activity.

Nolan Larkey, Broker Associate

Nolan moved to the Red Feather Lakes area from his native Kansas in 1985 and joined Lone Pine Realty as the Branch Broker of the Red Feather Lakes office in April 1987.  At that time, he was the only agent in the branch, but during his 13 year tenure, it grew to 5 full time agents and a full time rental manager & administrative assistant.  Over the years, Nolan also developed an interest and expertise in home building and design, becoming a source of advice and support for property owners.  For 5 years, he was involved in the community as a wildlife/structure firefighter and medical responder.  Nolan is currently licensed in both Colorado and Wyoming, a member of the Fort Collins Board of Realtors and the Cheyenne MLS commuting regularly from his Cheyenne home.  He enjoys golf and building golf clubs, mountain biking, camping and hiking, and carpentry.  Along with his wife, Harline, he shares a commitment to animals and has been actively involved with the training, showing, and care of their Great Danes and horses throughout the past 20 years.

 

Patsy Laubach, Broker Associate 

A Colorado native, and resident of Glacier View Meadows since 2001, Patsy joined Lone Pine Realty the summer of 2006. After receiving an Associate Degree in Travel Administration, from Metro State College in 1991, she worked for Continental Airlines in International ticket sales, and then Carlson Wagonlit Travel in Loveland, where she still maintains a select client base. She and her family enjoy traveling, rafting, hiking, camping, and exploring new areas.

 

Donny Anderson, Broker Associate

A Colorado resident since 1986, Donny has blended a career in real estate sales specializing in mountain properties with 10 years' experience in residential construction, including several log homes.  Donny, Stella, their 5 children and 3 grandchildren particularly enjoy the many outdoor activities available in the Red Feather Lakes area, where they have lived since 1995.

Russ Wiederman, Broker Associate

Born and raised in northern Colorado, Russ received his Bachelors degree in Industrial Art, from the University of Northern Colorado. He moved to Fort Collins 22 years ago, and has been selling mountain property in Larimer County for the past 6 years. His hobbies include; wood working, camping, fishing, golfing, and spends much of his free time gardening. Give Russ a call he would be happy to talk with you about mountain property.

Barbara Sarjeant
Vacation Rental Manager

Barbara and her husband Joe relocated to Crystal Lakes from Central Florida in 2002 and built their mountaintop home in 2003. Barbara has a bachelor's degree in education and a master’s degree in sociology. She held a Florida real estate license and has owned several investment properties over the years. Barbara joined Lone Pine Realty as the Vacation Rental Manager in 2005, eager to put her knowledge of property management to work. Barbara and Joe have two sons, one in Ohio and one in Maryland. Joe is a member of the Crystal Lakes Water and Sewer Board. Barbara's interests include real estate investment, travel, photography and interior design.
