Vacation Rental Check in/out Procedures
Check-in is located in the Lone Pine Realty Office, 6 Main Street, Red Feather Lakes.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Unless you have prior approval from our rental office for an early check-in, please do not arrive early, as the cabin may not be ready.
If you need to check in after our office closes at 5:00 p.m., please call us at 970-881-2500 to make arrangements for a late check-in.
Guests are urged to arrive during daylight hours. Many units are hard to find after dark, and snow or ice can make the roads difficult to travel.
Any balance due is payable at the time of check-in. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, a personal check, cash, or money order.
At check-in, we will make a copy of your valid government-issued ID.
When you check-in, you will be provided with a detailed map, written directions and the key(s) to the unit
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Keys and yellow car tags must be returned to the Lone Pine Realty office.
If you check-out before our office opens at 9:00 a.m., please put key and car tag through our office door slot.
Please make sure any dishes/cookware/grill you used are cleaned and put back, and bag all trash and leave in the kitchen (never outside for wildlife to get into).

From I-25: Exit 269-B/Hwy 14 which takes you through the north end of Fort Collins or, 281/Owl Canyon Rd. which becomes a dirt road. Owl Canyon Road is rural and does not go through Fort Collins.
If you take the Hwy 14/Mulberry exit: Go west through Ft. Collins until you reach College Avenue (Hwy. 287) and turn right (north). Continue straight until you come to the Hwy 287 bypass (toward Laramie), then bear right to stay on Hwy 287.
If you take the Owl Canyon Road exit, turn right/west and continue straight (even when the road turns to dirt and does a sharp 90 degree turn) until it ends at a T intersection. Turn left/west and follow this dirt road to Hwy 287. Turn right/north on Hwy 287.
On 287, go north and down a hill where 287 goes down to 1 lane. Go to mile marker 367. The Forks Restaurant is located on the northwest corner of this intersection. Turn left/west onto County Road 74E/Red Feather Lakes Road. Proceed for 24 miles to Prairie Divide Road/67J/179 and turn right/north. Continue approximately a mile until you see the Lone Pine Realty office at the corner of Prairie Divide Road and Main Street.
