Home sales continue to outstrip supply. This is a Seller’s market so watch for upward pricing pressure in the near future if the trend continues. While prices have been basically flat, the price per square foot has been heading downward. Larger homes are becoming more available and buyers are tending to get more home for their money. Median list price this week is $735,000.
